Consultation

Dr. Rodriguez also serves as a consultant to police and public safety operations, supervisors, managers, groups, and other organizations to improve group or organizational functioning and operational effectiveness. These activities include, but are not limited to, operations-related consultation (e.g., crisis and hostage negotiation teams, criminal intelligence, investigative consultation, threat assessment, indirect assessment, psychological autopsies); and organizational development (Officer Wellness programs, educational and training, etc.).
